She has devoted her more than twenty-year career to leading businesses through organizational structure and redesign, culture transformation, organizational development, and change management. One of Barbara’s specialization areas is DE&I and her work with multinational clients has encompassed building DE&I strategy and evolving the culture, employing habit activation, and transforming processes and systems to reduce cognitive bias and other systemic inequities. Barbara also has extensive experience advising clients on culture and performance change to align workforce needs with digital transformation strategies and new business operating models.

Rich is TMC’s driving force in the creation and implementation of pioneering publications and events. Since launching TMCnet in 1995, Rich has pioneered the development of more than 300 online communities of interest, revolutionizing the online world and changing the way companies leverage their brands online. Rich is a media icon, maintaining an active role as an Editor-In-Chief and a very prominent technology blogger/social media participant. TMC’s event and online platforms serve as an incubator for new concepts from the leading minds in the technology space. Rich launched and oversees the ITEXPO Franchise (which is in its 34th installment) – and is constantly adding collocated events by using his creativity and ability to launch synergistic conferences. Various collocated events include: CVx (ChannelVision Expo), IoT Evolution Conference & Expo, IDEA Showcase, and MSP Expo. Aside from his contributions to the online media world, Rich is an active and engaged philanthropist. He a member of the local JCC, a Board Member of the UCONN Engineering Department, and the engineer behind the future TMC Technology Center at a local Boys & Girls Club. This is all in addition to being an active and involved father and member of the community in Fairfield County, Connecticut where he lives with his wife and two daughters.

Pat Mahon Joined RingLogix as the CRO in October 2022. IN this capacity he leads the teams that deliver all sales, marketing, growth and support for the RingLogix base of white label partners. Prior to Ringogix Mr. Mahon was Vice President of Software Sales at CoreDial, and is responsible for CoreDial’s direct and indirect sales channel growth. In this role, Mahon delivers a consistent, integrated and responsive customer experience through a unified sales and services organization. Mahon joined CoreDial in Q1 of 2009. Prior to Joining CoreDial, Pat served as National Sales Director for IP Telephony and Contact Center Solutions (CCS) for Verizon Business. In that capacity he led a national team of sales specialists focused in these specific disciplines. Prior to Verizon, Pat held several sales leadership positions with Ameritech/SBC/ATT since 1994. He is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey and received his MBA in international Business from Kent State University in Ohio.
